Also known as retaining rings, klip rings are designed to fasten certain mechanical parts to a bore or shaft. Klip rings are valuable on dock levelers because their large “ears” are built to endure increased force. Due to the heavy materials being carted across dock levelers, the leveler needs strong retaining rings to ensure stability. These 1-inch klip rings are intended for use with Serco dock levelers.
